Ingredients:

• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 – Cucumber
• 3 to 4 sprigs – Coriander leaves
• 1- Tomato
• 2 – Methi khakra
• 1/2 – Lemon
• Red Chilli powder
• salt

Method:

  1. Cut onion, carrot, cucumber, coriander leaves and tomato into really small/fine pieces.
  2. Break khakra into small pieces.
  3. Mix vegetable, add red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice.
  4. Just before serving, mix the methi khakra to retain crispness.
