
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – Spinach
• 16 oz – gram flour
• 1 – small Onion
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 pinch – Amchoor powder
• 1/2 tsp – Celery powder
• salt to taste
• oil for frying
Method:
- Make a thick paste of gram flour and other masala.
- Wash the spinach leaves and dip one full leaf at a time in the gram flour mixture.
- Deep fry in oil.
- Repeat with the rest of the leaves.
- Serve hot with coriander chutney.
