Ingredients:

• 2 cups – spinach, chopped
• 2 – carrots, chopped
• 1 – red onion, chopped
• 2 – medium sized tomatoes, chopped
• 1 – Cucumber chopped
• 2 cups – coriander, chopped
• 1 – red, green, yellow, and Orange Capsicum each, chopped
• To taste – salt
• pinch – Red Chilli powder
• To taste – Sugar
• 1 tsp – fresh Lemon juice

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients along with salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice.
  2. Refrigerate for 10 mins and serve.
