Ingredients:
• Sprouted green gram – 1/2 cup
• Green chillies – 1 tsp, minced
• Ginger – 1 tsp, minced
• Idle batter – 3 to 4 cups
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Steam the sprouts till soft.
- Mix with chilli, ginger and salt. Cool and add to the idle batter.
- Pour in greased idly moulds and steam for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
