Healthy salad with sprouts and chaat masala
1/2 cup boiled rajma (kidney beans)
1/2 cup sprouted green dal (moong whole) blanched
1/4 cup chopped paneer
1/4 cup yellow & red pepper chopped
1/2 cup tomato chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon chaat masala
1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon coriander chopped
Salt to taste
1. Mix rajma, green dal, paneer, red & yellow pepper, tomato, onion in a bowl.
2. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, cumin powder and salt.
3. Mix well with spatula.
4. Garnish with green coriander and serve.
