Ingredients:
• 2 – small Bananas
• 3 tbsp – sweet khova
• 3bsp – finely chopped Walnuts
• Few drops of vanilla essence
• 3 tbsp – Butter
Method:
- Peel the bananas and cut each into 2 pieces. Cut each piece into two slices, along the length. Combine khova with walnuts and vanilla. Make sandwiches of banana slices with khova filling.
- Smear them with butter and wrap in a pieces of foil. Place in sandwich toaster and cook for 3-5 minutes. Serve in foil.
