Ingredients:

• 6 – sweet large Onions
• 1/2 cup – ground Meat
• 1 cup – Chicken stock
• 1 tsp – oil
• Mix together:
• 1/4 cup – chopped Spring onion
• 2 tbsp- chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp- chopped Capsicum
• 1- tomato, chopped finely
• 1/8 tsp – minced chilli paste
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
• 1/8 tsp -pepper powder
• salt

Method:

  1. Scoop the onion, diced the scooped part.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions till they become transparent.
  3. Add meat and cook for 5-7 mins. Let it cool.
  4. Add to it mixed ingredients. Mix this well.
  5. Add the mixture to the scooped onions.
  6. In a non-stick pan, place the filled onions
  7. Pour the chicken stock over it.
  8. Cover and cook for 45-50 mins.
  9. Serve warm.
