Ingredients:
• 4 – oval shape Potato
• 250 g – Green peas
• 4 – medium size Tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Mustard Seeds
• 5 to 6 – Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 to 2 – Green chilies
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chili powder
• 1/2 tsp – hot spicy powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
Method:
- Peel potatoes and make 2 parts of each potato. Carve these half potatoes like shape of bowl.
- Keep these cavities in deep water. Freeze it for 2 hours.
- Cut each tomato in four parts, and then cook in microwave for 6 to 7 minutes till its skin becomes soft. Grind it in mixer.
- Heat oil in pan, add cumin and mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add 1/2 garlic and ginger paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, hot spicy powder, tomato puree and salt. Bring it to boil.
- Heat little oil in pan and add mustard seeds. When it splutters, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, garlic, ginger paste, turmeric powder. Add peas, salt and fry it.
- Dry potato carved halves by paper napkin. Grease little oil to each halves. Cook in microwave for 10 minutes till it is cooked well or deep fry in oil.
- Stuff these potato halves with peas
- Pour hot puree in serving bowl and put these stuffed potatoes in it.
