Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Oats flour
• 1/2 cup – Yogurt
• 2 tbsp – all – purpose flour (for dusting)
• Salt
• For Rajma Masala:
• 1 cup – Rajma, soaked and cooked
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Take the wheat flour, oats flour and salt in a large bowl, add gradually the yogurt and water and knead everything into a soft and smooth dough and keep aside.
- Meanwhile grind the cooked rajma to a coarse paste.
- Heat enough oil; splutter the cumin seeds, add the ground rajma paste, and give it a stir.
- Add the red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and simmer for few minutes.
- Turn of the heat and let cool.
- Make 10-12 balls from the dough.
- Dust the balls with all-purpose flour and flatten them with rolling pins.
- Place a small ball of rajma masala over the flattened dough, cover and roll them into a ball again.
- Flatten this into a parathas and cook in a hot pan drizzled with enough oil.
- Serve hot with any side dish or simply without any side dish.
