Ingredients:

• 400g – gram flour
• 50g – Rawa
• 200g – Ghee
• 100g – khoya
• 400g – powdered Sugar
• 2tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2tsp – Raisins
• 2tbsps – roasted melon seeds
• 2 tbsp – Almonds

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom flat pan.
  2. Add gram flour and keep roasting on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add rava and roast for 5 mins.
  4. Add khoya.
  5. Remove the pan from heat.
  6. Cool to room temperature.
  7. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
  8. Add cardamom powder, roasted melon seeds, almonds and raisins. Mix well.
  9. Divide in to small portions and roll into round balls.
