Ingredients:
• 400g – gram flour
• 50g – Rawa
• 200g – Ghee
• 100g – khoya
• 400g – powdered Sugar
• 2tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2tsp – Raisins
• 2tbsps – roasted melon seeds
• 2 tbsp – Almonds
Method:
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottom flat pan.
- Add gram flour and keep roasting on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Add rava and roast for 5 mins.
- Add khoya.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Add cardamom powder, roasted melon seeds, almonds and raisins. Mix well.
- Divide in to small portions and roll into round balls.
