Ingredients:

• 500 gms – Suran
• 25 gms – Roasted and pounded groundnuts
• 1 tbsp – Roasted and pounded til
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 – Green chillies
• Handful of Coriander leaves
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 2 tbsps – Grated Coconut
• Salt, sugar, Lime juice and chilli powder to taste

Method:

  1. Peel the suran and boil in water to which a little lime juice or vinegar has been added.
  2. Drain out the water and mash to a paste.
  3. Grind chillies, ginger and coriander leaves to a paste.
  4. Mix all the above ingredients together and serve decorated with coriander leaves.
