Ingredients:

• 250g – Suran
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 cup – roasted groundnut powder
• salt to taste
• oil

Method:

  1. Peel, boil and chop suran.
  2. Grind chillies and salt.
  3. Add this paste, salt, jeera, lemon juice and groundnut powder to chopped suran.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Prepare balls and deep fry in oil.
