Ingredients:

• noodles Pack – 1
• Onions small – 1
• Green chillies – 2 to 4
• Mixed Vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Corn)
• eggs – 2
• Tomato Sauce – 1.5 tsp
• Soya Sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli Garlic Sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Black Pepper – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Initially boil the noodles and keep them aside until they become cold.
  2. Now in a frying pan, add oil Fry the chillies, onions and the mixed vegetables one after the other.
  3. When all these are boiled, add the 2 eggs by breaking them up.
  4. Let this also get cooked.
  5. Then add all the sauces and stir.
  6. Add little salt and pepper for taste and then add the noodles.
  7. Let the noodles get fried more on low flame, so that they become little dry which makes them more tastier.
  8. That’s it you are done. You can even avoid the eggs if you don’t want them.
