Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Poha or avil
• 1/2 cup – Jaggery
• 1/4 cup – Ghee
• 2 – elaichi
Method:
- Take a bowl with poha or avil in it.
- Then, add some cold water and soak the poha for 2 minutes.
- When the poha or avil becomes soft, put it into a pan.
- Add jaggery to it.
- Light the gas and mix well.
- Add ghee to it.
- Add elaichi to it and mix well till the water evaporates.
- Serve it when cool.
