
Ingredients:
• minced Meat – 1/2 kg
• sweet Corn kernels – 350 gm
• grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
• white Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus) – 2 tbsp
• Curd – 1 cup
• Milk – 1 cup
• Ghee – 2 tbsp
• Onion – 1/2 cup, sliced
• Garlic – 1 tsp, minced
• Ginger – 1 tsp, minced
• chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Mint leaves – 2 tbsp
• Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
• Lime – 1
• salt to taste
Method:
- Pressure cook minced meat with sweet corn, salt and about 1 cup of water for 15 minutes.
- Roast coconut and poppy seeds till light brown.
- Cool and grind to a paste.
- Heat Ghee and fry onions till golden brown.
- Add coconut paste and chilli powder. Fry till fragrant.
- Add curd and simmer till oil floats on top.
- Add the meat and corn mixture, simmer for few minutes.
- Add milk and simmer till the mixture thickens to a semi-solid consistency.
- Serve garnished with mint, coriander and slices of lime.
