
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Poha (washed).
• 2 tbsp – Jaggery
• 1/2 tsp – powdered elaichi
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 6-8 – seedless Dates
• 10-15 – Raisins
Method:
- Melt jaggery and stir continuously. Add melted jaggery to the poha.
- Add elaichi powder, coconuts, dates and raisins to the mixture and stir well. Allow the mixture to set for some time.
- Cut into diamond shapes and serve.
