Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Sweet Potato
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• 10 – badam, slit
• 10 – Pista
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• some Saffron
• elaichi powder
• Nutmeg powder

Method:

  1. Cut thin round slices of sweet potato
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, add slices, cover and cook till soft.
  3. Now with a spoon smash potato, add sugar and other ingredients
  4. Cook for 5 mins.
  5. Transfer immediately to a serving dish.
