Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Rice flakes
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 4 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 cup – water

Method:

  1. Take 1/2 cup water in a pan.
  2. Add 4 tsps of sugar and let it boil.
  3. When the sugar syrup becomes sticky, add the grated coconut.
  4. Stir till all the syrup is absorbed.
  5. Now, mix the rice flakes with the coconut.
  6. The rice flakes upma is now ready to serve.
