
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Rice flakes
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 4 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 cup – water
Method:
- Take 1/2 cup water in a pan.
- Add 4 tsps of sugar and let it boil.
- When the sugar syrup becomes sticky, add the grated coconut.
- Stir till all the syrup is absorbed.
- Now, mix the rice flakes with the coconut.
- The rice flakes upma is now ready to serve.
