Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Milk
• 1cup – Roasted vermicelli
• Sugar to taste
• 10 – Cut Cashew nuts
• 10 – Cut Almonds
• 5 – Raisins
• few Saffron threads

Method:

  1. Put milk in heavy-bottom pan.
  2. Add roasted vermicelli. Stir it often so that it will not form a lump.
  3. Keep it in on medium flame until it becomes very thick in consistency.
  4. Turn off the gas, add sugar and saffron threads. Mix it very well.
  5. Add cut cashewnuts, almonds and raisins.
  6. Keep it in a refrigerator.
  7. Serve it hot or cold depending upon your taste.
