
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1cup – Roasted vermicelli
• Sugar to taste
• 10 – Cut Cashew nuts
• 10 – Cut Almonds
• 5 – Raisins
• few Saffron threads
Method:
- Put milk in heavy-bottom pan.
- Add roasted vermicelli. Stir it often so that it will not form a lump.
- Keep it in on medium flame until it becomes very thick in consistency.
- Turn off the gas, add sugar and saffron threads. Mix it very well.
- Add cut cashewnuts, almonds and raisins.
- Keep it in a refrigerator.
- Serve it hot or cold depending upon your taste.
