Ingredients:

• 250 g – baby Corn
• 100 g – Curd
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli paste
• 1/2tsp – Garam Masala powder
• pinch – cumin powder
• pinch – Cardamom powder
• Chilli powder – to taste
• pinch – black salt
• Salt – to taste
• 20ml – Mustard oil

Method:

  1. Tie the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it till all the water drains out. Put the strained curd in a bowl.
  2. Add red chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, mustard oil, black salt, salt, cumin powder, cardamom powder and chilli powder, mix well.
  3. Marinate the babycorn well in this masala paste. Grill the marinate baby corn in a hot tandoor till done.
