Ingredients:
• 250 g – baby Corn
• 100 g – Curd
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli paste
• 1/2tsp – Garam Masala powder
• pinch – cumin powder
• pinch – Cardamom powder
• Chilli powder – to taste
• pinch – black salt
• Salt – to taste
• 20ml – Mustard oil
Method:
- Tie the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it till all the water drains out. Put the strained curd in a bowl.
- Add red chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, mustard oil, black salt, salt, cumin powder, cardamom powder and chilli powder, mix well.
- Marinate the babycorn well in this masala paste. Grill the marinate baby corn in a hot tandoor till done.
