Ingredients:

• 4 – Large Capsicums
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 2 tbsp – besan powder
• 1/4 tsp – dry Tamarind powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the capsicums into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
  3. Add the cut capsicums and saute.
  4. Add chilli powder and cook it covered for 5 minutes and then cook it open till it is almost done.
  5. Add salt, cinnamon powder, coriander powder and the besan powder.
  6. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and leave it on the stove for 5 minutes. Serve
