
Ingredients:
• 4 – Large Capsicums
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 2 tbsp – besan powder
• 1/4 tsp – dry Tamarind powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the capsicums into small pieces.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
- Add the cut capsicums and saute.
- Add chilli powder and cook it covered for 5 minutes and then cook it open till it is almost done.
- Add salt, cinnamon powder, coriander powder and the besan powder.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and leave it on the stove for 5 minutes. Serve
