Ingredients:

• 2- small Capsicums
• 1 -big Onion
• 1 cup -Tofu (firm Tofu) or cake Tofu
• 1 tsp -vinegar (white)
• 1-2 tbsp -soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp- Ginger paste
• 1 tsp-black pepper powder

Method:

  1. First cut the onion and capsicum length wise.
  2. Take oil in the pan, fry the onion and capsicum together till both turn a little red in colour.
  3. Add garlic and ginger paste, after 5 minutes add soya sauce, vinegar and black pepper powder.
  4. At the end add the tofu pieces.
  5. Serve hot
