Ingredients:
• 4 – tomatoes, cut
• 4 – onions, cut
• 1/4 – coconut, grated
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Coriander leaves
• Salt, to taste
• Oil to saute
Method:
- Heat oil, add the onions.
- After 5 mins, add the tomatoes.
- Then add the green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- When the tomatoes are cooked, add coconut. Cool and grind with little water and salt.
- Goes very well with paddu and dosa.
