Ingredients:

• 2 – left over rotis or chapattis
• 1/2 cup – cabbage, shredded
• 1/2 cup- carrot, grated
• 1/2 cup – spring onions, chopped
• Few drops of chilli sauce
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tsp – garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a fry pan. Add garlic and fry till dark brown.
  2. Add vegetables and stir fry till tender crisp.
  3. Add the sauces and salt.
  4. Fill each roti/ chapatti with the vegetable filling and roll up.
  5. Place the rolls in a steamer and steam for 2-3 mins.
  6. Serve hot.
