Ingredients:

• 4 – tomatoes, cut
• 4 – onions, cut
• 1/4 – coconut, grated
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Coriander leaves
• Salt, to taste
• Oil to saute

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add the onions.
  2. After 5 mins, add the tomatoes.
  3. Then add the green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  4. When the tomatoes are cooked, add coconut. Cool and grind with little water and salt.
  5. Goes very well with paddu and dosa.
