Ingredients:
• 3 Bananas ripe
• 1/2 cup – mixture of: maida, rava and Rice flour
• 2 pinches salt
• 3 tsp – Sugar powdered
• 3 Cardamom pods
• 1 tbsp – hot Ghee
• Ghee for deep frying
Method:
- Sieve together all flours, sugar, salt.
- Seed and crush cardamoms.
- Peel and mash bananas well.
- Mix all ingredients except ghee for frying.
- Knead into a soft sticky dough.
- Heat ghee in frying pan.
- When hot, wet hand, pick up some dough.
- Drop pellet shaped bits of dough into ghee.
- Frying on medium till golden.
- Drain, repeat for remaining dough.
