Ingredients:

• Potatoes- 2
• Chilli powder – 1.5 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Seasoning:
• Oil-1/4Cup
• Mustard – 1/4 tsp
• Asafoetida -1/2 to 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Cut potatoes into very thin round slices.
  2. Heat oil in a thick bottom kadai.
  3. Add mustard and asafoetida and roast the potato slices.
  4. Add salt and chilli powder to the above.
  5. Allow it to cook sufficiently.
