Ingredients:
• 300 g – refined flour/maida
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 100 g – Butter
• 50 g – powdered Sugar
• 1 cup – water
• 3 eggs beaten
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 20 paper muffin cups
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Beat to a smooth batter.
- Pour into muffin cups and bake in a pre-heated oven for 25-30 mins.
