Ingredients:
• 5 cup – all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup – silken Tofu
• 1 cup – Avocado puree
• 1/2 cup – lukewarm water
• 1 – tbsp- Sugar
• 1 tsp – salt
• 2 tbsp – active Dry yeast
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Canola Oil
Method:
- Put yeast in lukewarm water with 1 tbsp sugar, stir and keep aside to ferment
- Take a large bowl add all-purpose flour, pureed silken tofu and avocado puree, sugar | Add the foamy yeast and knead for about 15 – 20 mins till it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Smear the bowl with oil and transfer the dough to it
- Keep the bowl in a warm place for 1 hour
- When the dough rises double the volume, punch the dough and divide them into small balls, smearing them with oil with a brush and keep for one hour, undisturbed.
- Preheat the oven at 350 degree F
- Brush the remaining oil over the dough and bake them for about 30 mins
- Cool for a few mins serve.
