Ingredients:

• Fish fillets – 8
• Salt to taste
• Chilli powder – to taste
• Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
• Corn flour – 1 tsp
• Oil for Deep frying

Method:

  1. Marinate fish fillets in lemon juice, salt, and chilli powder for 30 to 45 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle corn flour on the fillets and deep-fry on medium flame till golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with rice and dal.
