Ingredients:
• Fish fillets – 8
• Salt to taste
• Chilli powder – to taste
• Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
• Corn flour – 1 tsp
• Oil for Deep frying
Method:
- Marinate fish fillets in lemon juice, salt, and chilli powder for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle corn flour on the fillets and deep-fry on medium flame till golden brown.
- Serve hot with rice and dal.
