Ingredients:
• 3 cups – bread flour
• 2 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – active Dry yeast
• 1 cup – lukewarm water
• 1/4 cup – Olive oil
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – dry Parsley leaves
Method:
- Ferment yeast in lukewarm water with sugar and salt for 10 mins.
- Mix together, all-purpose flour, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, dry parsley leaves in a large bowl, add gradually, the foamy yeast with olive oil and mix everything to a soft and stiff dough
- Grease a bowl and place the dough, let it sit for two hour in a warm place
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree F, line a baking tray, grease slightly the baking sheet with olive oil
- Punch the dough down, divide them into 3 portions, roll them well to form smooth balls
- Roll each ball as thin ropes
- Braid the ropes together, press the dough nicely at both ends
- Place the braided loaf on a greased baking sheet, brush them with olive oil
- Bake them for 25 – 30 mins until the crust turns brown
- Let cool for few mins before serving
