Ingredients:

• 3 – vegetable marrows/chowchow
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Peel and cut the vegetable marrows/chowchow into small pieces.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, add the vegetable marrow/chowchow, salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat till the chowchow is cooked and the pieces are not too soft.
  4. Care should be taken not to overcook the vegetable.
