
Ingredients:
• 3 – vegetable marrows/chowchow
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Peel and cut the vegetable marrows/chowchow into small pieces.
- Heat butter in a pan, add the vegetable marrow/chowchow, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat till the chowchow is cooked and the pieces are not too soft.
- Care should be taken not to overcook the vegetable.
