Ingredients:

• 2 cups – mixed vegetables, cut into small pieces and pressure cooked with a little salt
• Onion – 1 medium, cut into small pieces
• Lima Bean or Rajma beans cooked – 1/2 cup cooked
• Rice flour, besan and Maida – 2 tbsps each
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tbsp
• Green chillies – 3, finely chopped
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Jeera -1/2 tsp
• Dhania powder and Garam Masala – 1 tsp each
• Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste and little Turmeric powder
• Cooking oil – 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a large pan and fry the onions. Add jeera, turmeric powder and garam masala to it.
  2. Grind the vegetables and rajma in a blender.
  3. Add this mixture to the onion in the pan. Then add everything else, but the flours.
  4. Cover and cook on medium heat until the mixture becomes semi-solid.
  5. Allow it to cool a bit and then add the flours – little by little – and keep stirring the mixture.
  6. After the mixture reaches the consistency of something like chapatti dough, make small balls and roll them flat.
  7. Cut into desired shapes and roast on a hot tawa.
  8. Serve hot with sauce or ketchup.
