
Ingredients:
• 3 cup – Fresh cut pieces of Fava bean
• 1 cup – Channa Dal
• 12 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Whole Jeera
• 1 tsp – Whole Black Pepper
• 12 or less – Whole Red Chilli
• 1 – Black Cardamom
• 4 – Green Cardamom
• 4 – Clove
• 1 – Cinnamon – long piece
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Chopped Onion
• 1/2 tsp – Green chilli
Method:
- Boil all the ingredients together until channa dal becomes soft.
- Grind it without adding extra water.
- Add chopped green chilli, onion, coriander leaves and lime juice.
- Slightly flatten it like an aloo tikki or the shape of cutlet.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the kebab until dark brown.
- If the mixture becomes too soft, add some channa atta to make it thick.
- Serve it with chutney or as a side dish.
