Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Dalia (broken wheat)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 medium-sized onions, sliced
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 capsicums, finely chopped
• 3 cups – vegetables (peas, cauliflower, carrot, etc.), finely chopped
• 1 cup – Milk
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak dalia in 1/2 cup warm water.
  2. In a separate pan, fry onions, add ginger-garlic paste, spices and fry for 2 more mins.
  3. Add vegetables and saute till they are soft. Remove from fire.
  4. Now squeeze excess water from soaked dalia and add to vegetable mix.
  5. Mix corn flour in milk and add.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking tray. Bake at 170 degrees C for 30-35 mins till well done. Serve hot.
