Method:
- Cut ladies finger in 3 long pieces.
- Heat oil and saute the ladies fingers till they are cooked.
- Grind coconut, jeera, green chillies, ginger and soaked dal to a fine paste.
- Add this paste to the curd. Add salt, turmeric powder and bring it to a boil.
- Add cooked lady’s fingers. Season with mustard seeds, omam seeds and curry leaves.
