Method:

  1. Cut ladies finger in 3 long pieces.
  2. Heat oil and saute the ladies fingers till they are cooked.
  3. Grind coconut, jeera, green chillies, ginger and soaked dal to a fine paste.
  4. Add this paste to the curd. Add salt, turmeric powder and bring it to a boil.
  5. Add cooked lady’s fingers. Season with mustard seeds, omam seeds and curry leaves.
