Ingredients:

• A firm, medium sized Watermelon
• 2 tsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Make two equal halves of the watermelon by slicing it horizontally.
  2. With a small scooper, scoop out rounds the size of marbles, from both halves. Avoid seeds.
  3. Now scoop out the remaining pulp with a teaspoon. Remove the seeds while doing so.
  4. Chill pulp in their shells. Chill the scooped rounds separately.
  5. Add half of each ingredient in each shell. With an electric blender, blend pulp in the shells. Add the scooped balls.
  6. Serve in the shell sprinkled with sugar.
