
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/4 cup – greens (drumstick leaves or Methi leaves)
• 2 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – ginger, Green chilli paste
• Chopped curry leaves, Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste
• Oil to saute.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough.
- Make small balls and press on butter paper to make small thick rounds.
- In a tawa cook both the sides by smearing oil.
