Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – rolled oats
• 1-1.5 tsp – Dry Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Coconut powder, dry
• 1/2 tsp – Rasam powder
• A pinch of Asafoetida (Inguva, Hing)
• A pinch of Turmeric powder
• A few Curry leaves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Just add all these ingredients in a blender and grind into a smooth paste by adding some water.
  2. Adjust salt and your chutney is ready.
  3. Serve with idli/dosa.
