Ingredients:

• 1 measure fresh Orange juice
• 1 measure fresh Lemon juice
• 3 dashes of Orange zest
• 250 ml. soda water to top it up
• Ice cubes
• Lemon and Orange slices to decorate

Method:

1. Shake the ingredients well with ice.
2. Strain into a tumbler and top up with the soda water. Before serving, you can decorate the glass with lemon and orange slices and a straw.
