Ingredients:
• Bread – 5 slices
• Milk – 1 cup
• Egg – 1
• Sugar – 2 tbsp
• Butter – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Beat together egg, milk and sugar to a batter.
- Heat a pan and spread a little butter.
- Dip a slice of bread in the batter and fry till golden brown, turning it once.
