Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cooked Corn kernels
• 1 – capsicum, chopped into small pieces
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – ground pepper
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds, green chillies, and ginger paste; fry lightly.
  2. Mix in the corn, capsicum, pepper, and salt. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
