Ingredients:
• Wheat flour- 1 cup
• Water – to knead
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix the flour, salt and water and knead it into a dough.
- Cover it for 10-30 mins.
- Divide it into equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a round shape.
- Heat a tawa and place the chapati and turn it until brown spots appear on both sides.
- Take it off the tawa and bake the chapati on the burner.
- The chapati will fluff up and get cooked in 2-3 secs.
- Spread ghee over the chapati and serve with curry.
