Ingredients:

• Wheat flour- 1 cup
• Water – to knead
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix the flour, salt and water and knead it into a dough.
  2. Cover it for 10-30 mins.
  3. Divide it into equal portions.
  4. Roll each portion into a round shape.
  5. Heat a tawa and place the chapati and turn it until brown spots appear on both sides.
  6. Take it off the tawa and bake the chapati on the burner.
  7. The chapati will fluff up and get cooked in 2-3 secs.
  8. Spread ghee over the chapati and serve with curry.
