Ingredients:
• 30-mini idlis
• 3 tbsp – Peanut Coconut podi
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 3/4 cup – raw Peanuts
• Few Curry leaves
• Oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, pop the mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
- Add the raw peanuts and fry for few minutes.
- Now add the mini idlis, toss gently for few seconds.
- Add the peanut coconut podi, toss again gently for few minutes and serve hot.
