Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 1/4 gm – Cashewnut
• 3 cups – Butter
• 6 – Green chillies
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 inch – Ginger
• red colour (optional)
• nestle Cream
• 4 – Onions
• 3 – Tomatoes (small)
• salt as required
• oil
• Ginger – for garnishing
• Coriander leaves – for garnishing

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces. Rub some salt and red colour onto it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken till done.
  3. Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste.
  4. Melt the remaining butter in another pan and add the ground paste along with one glass of water.
  5. Add the chicken pieces and allow to boil.
  6. After 10 minutes, when it is semi-solid, add the Nestle cream.
  7. Garnish with long strands of ginger and coriander leaves.
