Ingredients:

• 15 – Soybean nuggets
• 16 oz – Frozen mixed vegetable pack
• 1 – Medium Onion
• 4 – Cloves of Garlic
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 2 – Green chillies
• 4 tbsp – Tomato puree
• 1/2 tsp – Dhania powder
• 1/4 tsp – Haldi powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Oil

Method:

  1. Soak soyabean nuggets in hot water for 10 mins till soft. Squeeze out all the water from the nuggets.
  2. Place mixed vegetable in microwave on high for 10 mins.
  3. Heat oil, fry finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies.
  4. Add dhania powder, haldi powder, garam masala, salt and then add tomato puree. Stir for 3 mins.
  5. Add soybean nuggets and mixed vegetable. Stir and keep it covered on medium flame for 5 mins.
  6. To serve, garnish with 1 tbsp curd and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Goes well with paratha, phulka.
