Ingredients:

• 200 g – Cauliflower florets
• 100 g – French beans
• 1 – Carrot
• 100 – Green peas
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 – Onions
• 2 – Cloves
• 1 stick – Cinnamon
• 1 – Cardamom
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• Salt to taste
• 1 sprig coriander for garnishing

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the chopped onion, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilli and saute for a while.
  3. Add the cauliflower, french beans, carrot, green peas, salt, 1/2 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of water.
  4. Cover and cook till the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the remaining milk and garam masala.
  6. Cook for another 5 mins and serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander.
