
Ingredients:
• Cashews- 150 g| Green chillies – 5
• Onion – 2, chopped
• Ginger- 1 small piece, chopped
• Curry leaves
• Coriander leaves
• Dalia split powder, pottukkadalai flour – 2 cups
• Rice flour – 1 cup
• Salt
• Red Chilli powder
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients with water and make the dough by adding one spoon of ghee.
- Deep fry in oil until the colour turns to golden brown.
