Ingredients:

• 1 big – cauliflower, cut into medium size florets
• 1 tsp – pepper
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash and soak the cauliflower for 1 hour in warm salt water.
  2. Cook the cauliflower in a little water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan.
  4. Add the cooked cauliflower, salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. Fry on low heat for a few seconds then turn of the heat.
