
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – chopped, dried Apricot
• 250 gm packet – crushed wine biscuits
• 125 gm – Butter
• 1/2 tin – condensed Milk
• 1/2 cup – soft Brown sugar
Method:
- Heat the butter, brown sugar and condensed milk till the butter melts. Do not boil.
- Add chopped apricots and crushed biscuits. Mix well.
- Press into a greased 20 x 30 cm sponge roll tin and sprinkle with coconut.
- Cut in squares. Set in refrigerator.
